The Broken Arrow East Side Study is an undeveloped area consisting of approximately 5.5 square miles or 3,500 acres. The city commissioned for design concepts that illustrated the potential circulation, community, and development of this area. PDG's design looked at the present constraints and opportunities, while also creating a design that kept in mind the development's future possibilities.
